No, sorry. It wouldn't be very secure if you could bypass the security of the encryption, now would it?

Don't fret. Some good news... I retrieved all my lost items. I had recently changed my password and was having problems retrieving the back up file. I, finally, thought to try my previous iTunes password and it worked!
